Vacuum injection

Arctic Ant offers flexible production methods well suited for the building sector and other industries. The production is economically favourable also if the production volumes are smaller.

In difficult conditions a vacuum injected component can sometimes replace a corresponding product made from another material. The adjacent image shows an injected bathroom-door that has been developed to obtain better resistance to moisture and water drops.

Components for vehicles and boats made according to the clients´ request. Open laminating techniques, like hand and spray lamination, are still the predominant methods in the Nordic countries. The difficulties with these methods are to obtain good working conditions and to limit the styrene level in the air.

Other characteristics that are usually appreciated by clients are the low weight of the material and the products, as well as the resistance to corrosion.
